This is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It covers a site that collects email addresses and sells nothing. Separate subscription terms, together with a cancellation and renewal disclosure, must be written and reviewed before any payment is ever taken.
Who we are
Monmouth Coffee Roasters is based in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Business formation is in progress, and this page will name the registered entity and its mailing address as soon as they exist. Questions go to hello@monmouthcoffeeroasters.com.
What this site does today
It describes a subscription coffee service we are building for Monmouth County, New Jersey, and it collects two kinds of enquiry: people who want to know when deliveries start, and businesses interested in gifting subscriptions to their clients.
We are not currently selling anything. No payment is taken anywhere on this site, and there is no checkout.
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase
It creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve a price, hold a place in a queue, or guarantee that the service will launch, launch in your area, or launch at any particular price. You can leave the list at any time and we will not ask why.
About the prices shown
Any price on this site reflects current planning and is not an offer. Final pricing depends on supplier terms that are not yet settled, and may change before launch. Nothing here obliges us to sell at a shown price, and nothing obliges you to buy at one.
About what we say
We describe what we intend to build. Where something is not yet settled, such as pricing or the exact makeup of the blend, we say so rather than imply otherwise. We may change the service, this site, or these terms as the business takes shape.
The gifting program
The gifting program is in formation. Nothing on that page is an offer, and terms for any partnership are agreed in a direct conversation and confirmed in writing before anything begins.
Using this site
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people's details, or use the forms to send anything other than a genuine enquiry. We may decline or remove any submission.
Our content
The text, design, and images on this site belong to us. The Monmouth County outline is drawn from OpenStreetMap data, used under the Open Database License.
No warranty, and limits on liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Before we ever charge you
When subscriptions open, separate terms will apply, and they will set out the price, the billing interval, how to pause, how to cancel, and what happens at renewal, clearly and before you pay. Recurring billing is regulated, and this business intends to meet those rules properly rather than approximately. Nothing on this page authorizes a charge.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.

If these terms change we will update the date at the top.
